What this is

Toolbenders Talent Network ("Toolbenders," "we," "us") is a curated talent network that connects design engineers with companies hiring them. We're operated by Geoco Strategy & Design LLC.

By using talent.toolbenders.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

What we do

• We match design engineers with companies looking for them
• We use AI to help profile candidates and research companies
• We curate — this is not a job board and not open to everyone
• Placement decisions involve human judgment, not just algorithms

Accounts

You sign up through our authentication provider (Clerk). You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person. If you get in through an invite code, don't share it.

We can suspend or remove accounts at our discretion. This is a curated network — not everyone gets in, and staying in isn't guaranteed.

For candidates

• You give us permission to use the information you provide (portfolio, resume, work history, links) to match you with opportunities
• We may use AI tools to generate summaries of your profile based on publicly available information and what you submit
• We may research your public work (portfolio sites, GitHub, social profiles) to build your profile
• You can request removal from the network at any time by emailing us
• We don't guarantee placement. We match — the hiring decision is between you and the company

For companies

• You give us permission to share candidate profiles with your hiring team
• Placement fees are governed by separate agreements
• Don't use candidate information we share for purposes other than evaluating them for roles
• Don't share candidate profiles outside your organization without our permission

AI-generated content

Parts of the platform use AI (Anthropic Claude, Perplexity) to generate profile summaries, company research, and insights. This content is:

• Generated to assist human decision-making, not replace it
• Not guaranteed to be accurate — always verify important details
• Clearly marked where applicable
• Not a representation or endorsement by Toolbenders

What you can't do

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the platform
• Use the platform to spam candidates or companies
• Misrepresent yourself, your company, or your qualifications
• Attempt to circumvent our curation process
• Reverse-engineer our matching or profiling systems
• Share invite codes publicly

Intellectual property

The Toolbenders name, brand, and platform are ours. Your content (portfolio, resume, etc.) remains yours — you grant us a license to use it for matching and platform operations.

Limitation of liability

We're a matching service. We don't guarantee employment outcomes, placement timelines, or that any match will work out. We're not liable for hiring decisions made by companies or career decisions made by candidates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (which for candidates is $0).

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via the email on your account. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
